Colonel Mar J. DevineColonel Mark J. Devine is the Wing Commander of the 164th Airlift Wing, Tennessee Air National Guard Memphis, Tennessee.

One of the Air National Guard's five strategic airlift wings, the 164th is trained and equipped to provide global mobility in C17 Globemaster aircraft supporting National security objectives. In peacetime, the 164th reports to the Governor of Tennessee providing emergency relief and support to civil defense authorities preserving peace, order and public safety. The Wing comprises approximately 1000 military personnel, with over 400 military civil service and civilian employees.

Colonel Devine graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1990 and attended Undergraduate Pilot Training at Reese AFB, TX. He has flown tactical and strategic airlift, first flying the C27A Spartan at Howard AFB, Panama. Subsequent assignments included Travis AFB, CA, as a C141B pilot and Altus AFB, OK, as a C141B CCTS Instructor Pilot. Col Devine joined the Tennessee Air National Guard in April, 2000. He served successively as an Instructor/Evaluator Pilot, Standardization Pilot, and Chief of Wing Safety. He has commanded at the Squadron and Group level with deployed duty as director of an ISAF operational cell. Col Devine is a command pilot with over 5000 hours in C27A, C141 B/C, and C5A aircraft, including 191 combat hours in support of Operations NORTHERN WATCH, ENDURING FREEDOM, and IRAQI FREEDOM. He has approximately 1000 hours in civilian B727 and MD80 aircraft. Full Bio
tab164th Airlift Wing Command Chief 
CMS Cedric J. YoungCMSgt Cedric Jerome Young is the Command Chief of the 164th Airlift Wing. He is responsible to the Wing Commander and is the focal point for all activities affecting the enlisted force. Command Chief Young is responsible, in part for ensuring the
enlisted force is ready to deploy in support of contingency operations. His duties include advising the Wing Commander on the state of the enlisted force, to include morale, recognition, professional development, welfare and quality of life issues.

CMSgt Young graduated from Fairley High school. That same year, he enlisted in the United States Army as a Motor Transportation Specialist. He returned to Memphis after being honorably discharged from the Army and enlisted in The Tennessee Air National Guard in 1986. CMSgt Young was assigned to the 164th Services Squadron and later transferred to the Medical Group.Full Bio

Colonel Randall D. MyersColonel Randall D. Myers presently serves the 164th Airlift Wing as the Vice Air Commander.

Colonel Myers graduated from Hardin County Central High School in 1975. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Christian Brothers' University in Memphis, Tennessee. Colonel Myers received his commission through the Air National Guard Academy of Military Science at Knoxville, Tennessee in 1989.

Colonel Myers served in the United States Air Force from September 1975 to March 1981 as an aircraft Electrical Systems Specialist. He was stationed at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma; Keflavik Naval Air Station, Iceland; and Little Rock AFB, Arkansas.Full Bio
